We understand that purchasing an educational product or service is an investment. If something is not working for you, we want to make it right. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue full or partial refunds for each product category, so you can purchase with confidence.
Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase. By purchasing from JCRS Solutions Corp, you agree to the terms described below.
Digital Products (Ebooks & Guides)
Our digital products include downloadable ebooks and guides, which are priced between $25 and $100.
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- No explanation is required — we trust our customers and will honor all requests made within the eligible window.
- To initiate a refund, contact us at support@jcrssolutions.com with your order details.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
After 30 days, digital product purchases are considered final and are not eligible for a refund, as the content has been delivered and accessed.
Online Courses
Our individual online courses are priced between $200 and $400 and are delivered through our learning platform as on-demand video content.
- Full Refund: Available within 30 days of purchase if you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
- Partial Refund: If you have completed 30% or more of the course content, you may still be eligible for a partial refund, granted at our discretion. We evaluate each case individually and aim to be fair.
- Completion percentage is tracked automatically within the learning platform.
- To request a refund, contact support@jcrssolutions.com and include your order number and the course name.
We encourage you to explore the free preview modules available before purchase to ensure the course is the right fit for you.
Course Library Pass & Bundles
Course bundles and the Course Library Pass are priced between $500 and $750 and provide access to multiple courses within a single purchase.
- Full Refund: Available if you have completed less than 30% of the content in each individual course included in the bundle.
- Partial Refund: If you have exceeded the 30% completion threshold in one or more courses within the bundle, partial refund eligibility will be assessed on a per-course basis and calculated accordingly.
- Completion data for each course in the bundle is tracked independently through our platform.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note that bundle pricing reflects a significant discount from purchasing individual courses separately. Refund amounts for partial cases will reflect the proportional value of courses that have not been substantially consumed.
Consulting & Strategy Sessions
Individual consulting and strategy sessions are priced between $300 and $1,000 per month, depending on the engagement type and scope.
- Full Refund — Timely Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a full refund of the session fee.
- No Refund — No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you fail to attend your scheduled session or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee is non-refundable. This policy is necessary because the time has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reallocated on short notice.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at any time, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will be treated as late cancellations.

Executive Mentorship (Monthly)
The Executive Mentorship program is a monthly recurring engagement designed for entrepreneurs seeking ongoing guidance, accountability, and strategy support.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time before your next billing cycle begins. Cancellation requests submitted before the renewal date will prevent future charges.
- Current Month Non-Refundable: Once a billing cycle has begun, the monthly fee for that period is non-refundable. You will retain full access to all program benefits through the end of the current billing period.
- First Month Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first month of the Executive Mentorship program. If, after your first month, you feel the program was not a good fit, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for any eligible product or service, please contact our support team via email. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day.

Please include the following information in your email to help us process your request promptly:
- Your full name as it appears on the original order.
- Order number or transaction ID from your purchase confirmation email.
- Product or service name for which you are requesting a refund.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for your request (optional, but helpful for improving our products).
Once we receive your request, our team will verify eligibility based on the terms outlined in this policy and respond with a confirmation or any follow-up questions within 2 business days.
Processing Time
All approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, or other accepted method).
- Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement after we have processed it on our end.
- If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the approval date, please contact us at support@jcrssolutions.com and we will investigate immediately.
We do not issue refunds via check, wire transfer, or alternative payment methods outside of the original transaction channel.
Exceptions & Policy Abuse
We trust our customers and designed this policy to be fair and generous. However, JCRS Solutions Corp reserves the right to decline a refund request under the following circumstances:
- Outside the eligibility window: Requests submitted after the applicable 30-day guarantee period has expired will not be honored.
- Completion threshold exceeded: For course-based products, refunds will not be issued if the content has been substantially completed beyond the thresholds described in this policy.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting our support team is a violation of this policy. Customers who initiate unauthorized chargebacks may have their accounts suspended and access to all JCRS Solutions products revoked.
- Pattern of abuse: Customers who demonstrate a repeated pattern of purchasing and refunding products without genuine engagement may be declined future refund requests and restricted from further purchases.
- Fraudulent activity: Any refund request made under false pretenses or as part of fraudulent activity will be denied and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
JCRS Solutions Corp reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products and services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
